Prep time: 10min / Cook time: 5 min / Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- A bunch of Tuscan kale
- A Bunch of purple kale
- A bunch of Swiss chard
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves (minced)
- Half a lemon
- Optional: sesame seeds & parmesan cheese for garnish
Wash, dry & destem the swiss chard and kale. Rolling the leaves, chop ribbons of about 1/2 inch.
Place a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil then the garlic. When the garlic starts sizzling, add the Swiss chard & kale to the pan. Stir gently ensuring that the leaves are well coated. Cook for 5 min then squeeze the lemon over.
Plate and garnish with sesame seeds & shaved parmesan cheese.
